Slow Cooker Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients

medium carrots, coarsely chopped

medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

boneless sirloin pork chops
|
|
|

large onion, sliced
|
|
|

onion soup mix
|
|
|

cans |
(10.75 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
|
|
|
Directions:
Place carrots and potatoes in a slow cooker. Top with the pork chops, onion soup mix and soup. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
