Grilled Italian Pork Burger

Ingredients

red wine

garlic, crushed

|

| 1-1/2 |
teaspoons |
fennel seed, crushed
|
|
|

salt to taste

pepper to taste

olive oil
|
|
|
Directions:
Gently mix together the ground pork, wine, garlic, fennel, salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
