Sweet and Sour Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

broccoli florets

peanuts

raisins
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

chopped onion
|
|
|
| 1 |
cup |
mayonnaise
|
|
|

Tablespoons |
cider vinegar
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
granulated sugar
|
|
|
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the broccoli, peanuts, raisins and onion.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
