Caesar Salad with Homemade Garlic Croutons
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients

( 8 cups ) romaine lettuce

Caesar Salad Dressing ( see Caesar Salad Dressing recipe )
|
|
|
| 1 |

Homemade Garlic Croutons (see Homemade Garlic Croutons recipe )

|
|
|
Shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
|
Directions:
1. Separate, rinse and thoroughly dry lettuce. Tear or chop leaves, if desired, and place in large bowl. 2. Spoon dressing over lettuce; toss to evenly coat lettuce. 3. Sprinkle with croutons and extra cheese.
